Returns

Our return policy is valid for 90 days from the date you receive your order. If 90 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for your cookware.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, or protective materials.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Important Note: Due to the nature of kitchenware, we cannot accept returns of used or unclean items for hygiene reasons. Returns not meeting these requirements will be refused and returned to you.

Partial Refunds

Only regular-priced cookware items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For high-value cookware items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your cookware upon delivery to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Report the issue within 14 days of receipt.

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit, depending on your preference.

Items damaged after use or due to customer mishandling are not eligible for returns or exchanges under this policy.

Restocking Fee & Sizing Issues

A restocking fee may apply for non-defective cookware returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage. This fee helps cover processing and restocking costs.

If a return is due to sizing or fit issues (e.g., a pot or pan not meeting your kitchen needs), the refund will be issued as store credit only, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees. Please review product measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the cookware suits your needs.

Taxes & Refund Methods

  • Taxes paid on your order will be refunded along with the purchase price.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For purchases made with cash or check (if applicable), a company check will be issued within 3 business days.

  • If a Reward or Discount Code was used and the item is returned, the discount benefit will be forfeited unless a replacement of equal or greater value is requested at the time of return.
