Thank you for shopping at Lilisnova. We take pride in the quality and design of our reusable glass water bottles and silicone sleeves. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 90 days from the date you receive your order. After 90 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (including any tags, inserts, or protective materials).

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note:
Due to the nature of personal-use items like drinkware, we are unable to accept used or unclean returns for hygiene reasons. Any return not meeting these requirements will be refused and sent back.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item showing signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any return received after 90 days of delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then, contact your credit card company (processing may take 3 business days)

  • If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, email us at [email protected]

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] and mail your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return your item, please mail it to the address above.

  • You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted.

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

  • Damage must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

  • Take photos and contact us right away.

  • If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

  • Items damaged after use or due to customer mishandling are not covered.


Restocking Fee & Sizing Issues

  • A restocking fee may apply for non-defective items returned for reasons other than damage or fault.

  • Items returned due to size or fit issues will be refunded as store credit only, minus shipping and/or restocking fees.

  • Make sure to check sizing and product measurements before purchase.


Taxes & Refund Methods

  • Taxes paid will be refunded with your original payment method.

  • Refunds for cash or check purchases (if any) will be issued as a company check within 3 business days.

  • If a Reward or Discount Code was used and the item is returned, the benefit will be forfeited unless a replacement of equal value is requested.
